      Who coordinates the day and why?

      Your dedicated coordinator runs the timeline, keeps the secret, liaises with vendors, and guides guests. You enjoy the day; the big moment happens on time and without fuss.
      What does the reveal prop include?

      Choose one: two smoke bombs, a surprise balloon with confetti, a box of balloons, a cake with colored filling, a confetti cannon or fireworks. We add poppers for an extra-impact shot.
      What is the gender-guess board and how is it used?
      
A board where guests vote before the reveal—boy or girl. You get a warm interactive moment and fun “before & after” photos.
      Can we add photo and video to the smaller packages?

      Yes. On request, we can add a photographer and videographer, host, costumed characters, and expanded décor—kept cohesive with your concept.
      Where to host: indoors or outdoors?

      Both work. We’ll suggest locations based on weather and logistics, plan a safe photo zone, and secure a dedicated reveal area.
      How do we keep the secret until the finale?
      
You send us the gender in an envelope or message. The coordinator keeps props hidden and triggers the reveal precisely on cue.
