      Answers to frequently asked questions

      Only Warsaw, or do you travel?

      We primarily work in Warsaw. Out-of-town and regional projects are possible; we agree on delivery, setup times, and logistics individually.
      Can I order table décor only?

      Yes. A styled table works perfectly as a standalone service—even without a photo zone or entertainment program.
      How long does installation take?

      From about one hour to several, depending on scope and complexity. We arrive early, so everything is ready at least an hour before the start.
      Will you use my references or propose a concept?

      Both are possible. We can use your references or prepare our own concept and visualization so you can see the final look in advance.
      Can you handle a non-standard theme?

      With pleasure. We adapt materials and arrangements to your idea and venue—from minimalist to expressive floral décor.
      What about teardown and cleaning?
      
We return at the agreed time, dismantle the décor carefully, remove materials, and leave the space tidy.

      We guide your event gently—from the first meeting to the final applause. We listen to your vision, clarify the mood, and suggest where to place accents so the space serves emotions instead of causing fuss. For us, event planning and coordination means thoughtful logistics, aligned timelines, and hosts who feel calm when everything runs to plan.

      Entertainers and refined scenography

      We combine live program elements with strong visual support: décor, lighting, textiles, and a photo zone—all in one palette. If needed, we’ll add short show segments, creative workshops, a beauty bar, and photo/video coverage. Intimate or large-scale, family or corporate—we adjust the tempo so guests feel free and comfortable.

      What’s included and how it looks in practice

      We craft an evening “script”: welcome points, toasts, pauses for photos and dessert, and a final highlight. We coordinate service and catering so that food timing supports movement and filming. We tune lighting and backdrops so frames look warm and faces glow. We’ll help with venue selection and check access and installation rules in advance.
