      Answers to frequently asked questions

      How long is the standard program?
      Our animators usually work for 60–90 minutes—enough time for active games, creative workshops, and the grand cake presentation. Need more? Just let the manager know when booking, and we’ll extend the fun.
      Do we need a special venue, or can you come to our home?
      We’re flexible: we can host the party in an apartment, house, café, park, or children’s center. All we require is about 6 square meters of clear space and a power outlet for our sound system.
      How many children can we invite?
      Fifteen guests is the sweet spot; that way, each child gets personal attention. For larger groups, we’ll send two animators plus an assistant so every little face keeps smiling.
      What should we prepare before your team arrives?
      We take care of all the preparations. We will bring all the equipment, decorate the venue, and create all the fun at the birthday party for children that they will remember for a long time.
      Can the storyline be customized to match our party theme?
      Absolutely! We can tailor games, costumes, and music to fit your child’s favorite colors, hobbies, or story. Just share your wishes at least a week in advance, and we’ll craft a unique adventure.
      What if my child is very shy around animators?
      We find an approach that works for every child. Usually, after a few minutes, the child feels safe and happily joins in the game.

      How Our Pony Show Unfolds

      The stage lights up as our vibrant pony animators make their entrance. First, astonished faces; a few seconds later, the kids are bouncing with delight, reaching out to the characters, and firing off questions. Next comes a quest‑style story with mini contests, team challenges, and creative breaks for face painting. Toward the finale, the host announces a mini disco; right on cue, we dim the lights, roll out the cake, and capture that perfect photo where little eyes sparkle. Those shots become family favorites.

      Where We Create the Magic

      All we need is seven square meters of clear space and one power outlet—location doesn’t matter. We host parties in apartments, family cafés, preschools, learning centers, or cozy corners of shopping malls. Want fresh air? We’ll come to a park or a country house and bring portable equipment.
