      How long does preparation and the welcome take?
      
We arrive early to set everything up. The welcome usually lasts about 30–40 minutes; filming—if desired—up to one hour. We adjust timing to mom’s and baby’s comfort.
      Can we choose colors and style?

      Yes. We’ll suggest gentle, classic, whimsical, or modern palettes and décor—aligned with your taste and your baby’s gender.
      Do we need to book the date in advance?
      
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks before your EDD (estimated due date). If the date shifts, we update the plan and move preparations without losing the concept.
      Can we add photo and video to the Mini package?

      Yes. We can expand coverage on request while keeping a cohesive style and discreet workflow.
      Can we change the balloon/figure set?
      
Of course. We’ll pick other shades and shapes from the available range to keep photos and video harmonious.
      What’s included in the mini-reception?

      Light snacks and beverages in convenient serviceware. We agree the menu in advance to match family preferences and the format of the welcome.

      Party Animators in Warsaw — a warm welcome without the rush

      The first trip home is special. We gently shape the moment your family reunites: set the flow, tune the music, and prepare a photo zone so images feel bright and alive. No juggling dozens of details—we turn them into a clear plan.
      Our Mini, Standard, and Maxi packages vary by scale, but share one principle: mom and baby are the focus; everything else supports that feeling. Mascots greet guests, balloons set the mood, a bouquet underscores the tenderness, and our photo/video team preserves emotions without intruding.

      Hospital discharge event — what we do

      We agree the script in advance: when to arrive, where to meet, how to arrange a “joy corridor” of balloons, and who presents the bouquet. We clarify family roles so everyone can hug and take photos—and the little hero doesn’t get tired.
      Filming is delicate: a few minutes for family portraits, a touch of reportage, and a couple of at-home frames. If you wish, we’ll prepare a mini-reception—light snacks and drinks for a short stop and a cozy doorstep toast.

      Locations and format

      We choose what’s comfortable for you: hospital entrance, adjacent area, your courtyard, or your apartment. Safety, space, and light come first. We check pathways, tune music and décor, and reserve a photo spot so we don’t obstruct people or traffic.
